Therefore, following a system of continuous improvement, the company has defined and implemented the following commitments:
- To comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and normative requirements across all areas of the Integrated Management System, as well as any voluntary commitments that the company chooses to adopt.
- To comply with the quality requirements of interested parties in order to achieve their full satisfaction, identifying their needs and expectations, aligning them with quality and environmental objectives, analysing and mitigating risks related to the Integrated Management System, committing to state-of-the-art technologies and offering the development of projects in conjunction with our clients.
- To establish and periodically review the planning and objectives of the Integrated Management System in order to
achieve continuous improvement in quality and environmental performance. Both Easy Detect S.L. and
Aguilera Extinción S.L.U. are committed to environmental protection and the
conservation of resources, including pollution prevention, while increasing satisfaction
of customers and the added value of processes, allocating the necessary human and financial resources
in each case. - Monitor and control processes and activities based on indicators, obtaining quantifiable information that contributes to implementing actions that improve our products, services and management.
- Collaborate with suppliers and customers to create relationships based on trust and mutual contribution, encouraging their involvement in quality and environmental aspects.
- Ensure the integrity of the environment by identifying and assessing risks and environmental aspects.
- Fundamentally promote staff training at the highest level to ensure that all employees are able to perform their duties and responsibilities as successfully as possible.
These basic commitments must be known and understood by all members of the companies at all levels of the organization, and must be made available to the public through information boards and the company website, both for customers and suppliers.
