The Technical Support Service is composed of highly qualified technicians with full knowledge of the products and ongoing training.
The services offered include:
Advice on the design and planning of the installation.
Monitoring of the installation process and resolution of queries.
Customisation of each device and programming of its operation.
Configuration of control operations (zoning, evacuation, etc.).
Commissioning of algorithmic systems, aspirating detection systems, linear heat detection systems, and water mist fire suppression systems.
Training on system operation for the personnel responsible for the installation.
