How do I request an invoice?

What is your shipping policy?

All goods will be supplied:

a. Carriage paid for sales over €500 net (for mainland Spain).
b. Carriage charged on the invoice for sales under €500 net.

What is the return policy?

Returns must be requested within 20 calendar days of receipt of the goods by the customer. Returns, even under warranty, will not be accepted if sent carriage forward without a specific return number. The issuance of a return number does not imply acceptance; Easy-detect will verify the condition of the product and notify the customer of acceptance or refusal. In any case, a 15% deduction of the net value will be applied to the returned goods. Transport costs will be borne by the customer. Returned products must be in perfect condition, with their original packaging and manuals. Returns of products with broken seals, installed or tampered with, or products requested outside the catalogues will not be accepted. Easy-detect reserves the right to accept or reject returns.

How can I request an RMA?

You will need to request the RMA form with an authorisation number by emailing soporte@easy-detect.com. Once you receive it, you will need to fill it in and send it back with the RMA number you have been given.

What is the product warranty?

The warranty coverage is limited to manufacturing defects and will not apply to products that have been damaged due to misuse, incorrect installation, negligence, normal wear and tear, internal tampering, repairs carried out by third parties or use in applications other than those for which the product was designed. The warranty period will depend on that offered by the manufacturer and will be detailed in the list of categories. Easy-detect reserves the right to repair or replace damaged products during the warranty period. The warranty associated with each product shall be governed by the terms established by its manufacturer and shall automatically come into effect at the time of sale of the product.
