Easy Detect and Aguilera, in their firm commitment to achieving customer satisfaction and complying with the principles of quality and environmental protection, undertake to uphold these principles by integrating them into their management and process development. Therefore, following a system of continuous improvement, it has defined and implemented the following commitments:
- To satisfy the legal, regulatory and normative requirements applicable in all areas of the Integrated Management System, as well as any voluntary commitments it decides to adopt.
- To comply with the quality requirements of interested parties in order to achieve their full satisfaction, identifying their needs and expectations, aligning them with quality and environmental objectives, analysing and mitigating risks related to the Integrated Management System, committing to state-of-the-art technologies and offering the development of projects in conjunction with our clients.
- Establish and periodically review the planning and objectives of the Integrated Management System to achieve continuous improvement in quality and environmental performance. Easy Detect and Aguilera are committed to protecting the environment and conserving resources, including pollution prevention, increasing customer satisfaction and the added value of the process, allocating the necessary human and financial resources in each case.
- Monitor and control processes and activities based on indicators, obtaining quantifiable information that contributes to implementing actions that improve our products, services and management.
- Collaborate with suppliers and customers to create relationships based on trust and mutual contribution, encouraging their involvement in quality and environmental aspects.
- Ensure the integrity of the environment by identifying and assessing risks and environmental aspects.
- Fundamentally promote staff training at the highest level to ensure that all employees are able to perform their duties and responsibilities as successfully as possible.
These basic commitments must be known and understood by all members at all levels of the organisation and are available to the public, customers and companies carrying out work at the Easy Detect and Aguilera facilities, through information panels and on the company’s website, constituting a policy that the Management considers a priority, assuming maximum responsibility for its compliance.
